Alan D Grose, 54 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 11:20 am on Sunday, April 12, 2015 in his residence.

On June 18, 1960, he was born in Warsaw to Frank and Diane (Derry) Grose. He was united in marriage to Tracey Brown on April 4, 1981 in Warsaw.

A lifetime resident of Warsaw, Alan began work as a binding line operator for R.R. Donnelley and Sons, Warsaw, in 1979, where he served for thirty five years. He was also formerly employed by Derry Electric. Alan attended Warsaw Community Church. He was a member of A.B.A.T.E. and Baker Youth Club. He was a basketball official for IHSAA, and a coach for Warsaw Little League.

He is survived by his wife, Tracey Grose, Warsaw; two daughters, Nikki Grose and Jamie Grose, both of Warsaw; his father, Frank Grose, Warsaw; two sisters, Leigh Ann (and spouse Kevin) Denlinger, Warsaw and Jill (and spouse Kevin) Bragg, Warsaw and his brother, Jeff (and spouse Rachel) Grose, Warsaw. Alan was preceded in death by his mother.

A funeral service will be at 11:00 am Thursday, April 16, 2015 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Pastor Denny Wilson officiating. Burial will be private.

Visitation hours will be from 2:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday, April 15, 2015 and also one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Baker Youth Club, 765 West Market, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
