Noah Chandler Williams

Noah Chandler Williams, 20, Madison, Wis., died Monday, Dec. 4, 2017 in Madison. Death was accidental. He was born Jan. 31, 1997, in Fort Wayne, to Chandler Morgan Williams and Erin Louise Miniear Williams.

He was a graduate of Warsaw Community High School, where he was honored as salutatorian of the class of 2015. He was a junior at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he was majoring in physics and chemistry. During high school he was a member and treasurer of KEYS. He participated in Academic Superbowl in science, math and interdisciplinary studies. He was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars. He had a zest and curiosity for learning.
He enjoyed life at Winona Lake and particularly liked tubing. He enjoyed long-boarding, biking and walking through nature – any time, day or night (especially at night). He liked cross-country road trips and playing poker and cards with his friends.

Survivors include his parents, Warsaw; a brother, Reuben Williams, Warsaw; maternal grandparents, Gary and Mallory Miniear, Warsaw; paternal grandmother, Nancy Williams, Laguna Niguel, Calif.; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Michael Reuben Williams.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 9, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. A private service will follow. Cremation with a later internment is planned.
