Steven Michael Eigsti

Steven Michael Eigsti, 21 of Warsaw passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 9:00 AM in New Paris, Indiana. On May 17, 1991, Steven was born to Steven James and Tina Marie Eigsti in Goshen, Indiana. He married Cheyanne Martin on April 22, 2011 in Austin, Texas. Living most of his life in Warsaw, he graduated from Jefferson High School and worked for Madison Custom Cabinetry, Round Rock, Texas. Steven enjoyed being a tattoo artist, playing pool, hunting, fishing and camping. He also enjoyed electronics, music including writing music and rapping, and was also a weapons enthusiast. He enjoyed spending time with his family and especially with his “shining star” his daughter. Steven was a member of APA Pool League, Austin, Texas and the NRA. He is suurvived by his wife, Cheyanne Eigsti, Warsaw; his daughter, Sophia Marie Eigsti, Warsaw; his mother, Tina Marie Eigsti (and spouse Frank) Molina, Austin, Texas; his father, Steven James (and spouse Angela) Eigsti, Sterling, Illinois; his brother, Brandon (and spouse Jessica) Eigsti, Warsaw; two sisters, Ambre (and spouse Zack) Clindaniel, Dallas, Texas and Jessica M. Eigsti, Rock Falls, Illinois; maternal grandparents, Brenda (and spouse John) Owens and Craig Carlson; paternal grandparents, Lester and Gloria Eigsti; maternal great grandparents, Jim and Wilma Tobey; four nieces, Madison, Kendall, Brianna and Hailee; two nephews, Coltyn and Ashton. Steven was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Adron B. Owens and his aunt Tracy Dawn Shepherd. A funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, July 13, 2012 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Jim Eigsti officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation hours are from 4:00 - 8:00 pm, Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the funeral chapel. The family requests memorial contributions are to be made to the Sophia Marie Eigsti Education Fund, C/o Ambre Clindaniel.
