Audrey L. Decker, 84, of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, died on 6/1/2010 at her residence.. She was born on January 13, 1926 in Warsaw, Indiana.
Audrey was the daughter of Rex E. and Jennie M. (Huffer) Smith. Her husband of 35 years, Ralph Decker, preceded her in death on June 2, 1979. She worked for Playtime Products, Warsaw for several years.
Audrey was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Warsaw. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, traveling, camping and above all, spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly A. (Ray) Warner of Montoursville, Pennsylvania; a brother, James R. (Mary Lou) Smith of Warsaw, Indiana; four grandchildren, Angie (Mike) Sees, Jennifer (Dennis) Hauke, Rick (Sarah) Warner and Rebecca Warner; eight great-grandchildren, Charissa (Andy) Walters, Elizabeth Robinson, Kyle Sees, Carly Sees, Nate Robinson, Gabby Robinson, Mark Warner and Jon Warner; one great-great granddaughter, Audrey Rose Walters and dear friends, Merlyn Helton and Rachel Turner both of Warsaw.
In addition to her parents and husband, Audrey was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tamara Lynn Warner and two sisters, Frances Blackford and Marybelle Funnell.
Services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Calling hours will be 11:30 – 1:30 pm at the funeral chapel on Thursday, June 10, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
