Charles W. “Chase” Parish

Charles W. “Chase” Parish, 30 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 12:55 am on Thursday, March 18, 2016 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

On February 27, 1986, he was born in Elkhart, Indiana to Jerry and Julie (Pritchett) Parish. He resided in Indianapolis until moving to Warsaw in 2008. He worked in the counter top industry as a polisher. He had worked for Premier Concepts, Warsaw and also Leading Edge Fabrication, Milford.

Chase liked dogs, working on his vehicles, fishing, camping and grilling. He loved spending time with his family, especially playing with his daughter, Presley.

Chase is survived by his fiancé, Charity Seymour, Warsaw; four daughters, Presley Parish, Ariana Seymour, Kloe Seymour and Sophia Seymour all of Warsaw; his mother, Julie Rebennack and her fiancé, Eugene Ritter, Swayzee; his father and step mother, Jerry and Patricia Parish, Warsaw; his step father, David Craun, Marion; three brothers, Matthew (and spouse Britney) Craun, Indianapolis, Eric Craun, Marion and Chandler Lysell, Swayzee; two step brothers, B.J. Tomblin, Warsaw and Dennis Mason, Leesburg; his step sister, Tammy Colwell, Defiance, Ohio and his grandparents, Charles and Bobbie Pritchett, Converse, Howard and Sandy McFarren, Nappanee and Jayne Craun, Marion.  Chase is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 23, 2016 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Visitation hours will be from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in the funeral chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made in Chase’s name to the Chase Parish Family Expense Fund, C/o Charity Seymour.
