On Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 7:47 pm, Diane Rae Hogan, 83, after a short illness passed away to her Heavenly home. Diane was born on October 21, 1931 in Warsaw, Indiana to Charles Raymond & Mae Elizabeth (Taylor) Kennedy. On January 28, 1951 in Knox, Indiana she married Rex Hogan who survives.
Diane was an active member of the Warsaw Eastern Star, White Shrine Jerusalem, Beauseant, Daughters of the Nile, and North Winona Church of the Brethren.
Diane leaves behind her husband, Rex Hogan of Pierceton, IN; a son John (spouse Dianne) Hogan of Goshen, IN; three daughters, Debra (spouse Carl) Hoyle of Zephyr Hill, FL, Sally (spouse James) Priser and Laura (spouse Steve) Kasper both of Warsaw, IN; a sister, Sonya (spouse John) Miller of Warsaw, IN; fifteen grandchildren: Lisa (spouse Jerry) Osborne, Melinda (spouse Bubba) Gilileo, Dustin (spouse Renee) Hoyle, Sara (spouse Rich) Larocque, David (spouse Cindy) Findley, Jordan (spouse Amie) Kasper, Matt Priser, Derek (spouse Megan) Findley, Daniel (spouse Ashley) Findley, Keith (spouse Heather) Priser, Stacy Priser, Kari (spouse Derek) Flores-Lefranc, Michelle (spouse Jason) Stephenson, Holly Hogan, and Sean Hogan, 31 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and 7 nieces and nephews. In addition, preceding her in death were her parents, her brother Mike Kennedy, a sister Carol Freyman and a son Don Hogan.
Calling hours are scheduled from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with and Eastern Star Memorial Service scheduled at 7:30 PM conducted by O.E.S. Lodge #88.
Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00PM Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the Funeral Chapel with calling hours one hour prior to service. Pastor Gary Boschain will officiate the services. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
