Gary Frederick Black, 65, of 3177 N. Glenview Dr. Warsaw, IN, died on 1/27/2009 at 10:14 PM at Goshen General Hospital. He was born on February 22, 1943 in Kosciusko County, IN.

Gary was born to Ralph and Thelma (Knepper) Black. He is a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. On April 22, 1989 he was united in marriage to Janice (Koon) Poling. Gary, after 41 years,
retired from R.R. Donnelly & Sons of Warsaw, IN as Binder Operator. He was a member of of the Warsaw Church of God.
Gary will be missed by is loving family including his Wife-Janice Black-Warsaw, IN; a Daughter-Amy (spouse Dennis) Badskey-Avilla, IN; Mother-Thelma Black-Pierceton,IN; Step-Sons-Mark (spouse Kay) Poling and Steve (spouse LuAnn) Poling-both of Warsaw, IN; Step-Daughter-Angie (spouse Erick) Bolt-Pierceton, IN; Grandchildren-Amie (spouse Zach) Nelson, Amanda, Mark and Brice Poling all of Warsaw, IN; Kara (spouse Bobby) Derbyshire- New Orleans, LA; Hudson and Heather Badskey-Avilla, IN;Great-Grandchildren-Reed and Grady Nelson-Warsaw, IN; Brothers-Gale (spouse Nancy) Black-Cromwell, IN and Glen Black-Leesburg, IN. Gary was preceded by his Father. Gary loved Bowling, Golfing and Gun Shows. He was a big sports fan and was fond of Notre Dame and the New York Yankees. Pastor Jerry Yoder will officiate the services.

Services will be held at Warsaw Church of God on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Calling hours will be 4-8 pm at the Funeral Chapel on Friday, January 30, 2009. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery – Warsaw, IN.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel – Warsaw is in charge of arrangements. In Gary's memory the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to Our Father's House 4901 Argonne Road Warsaw, IN 46580
