Lowell R. Landis, 84, of Greenville, Ohio formerly of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 2/13/2009 at 2:20 PM at Bretheran Retirement Community Greenville, Ohio. He was born on June 1, 1924 in Darke County, Ohio. Lowell was born to Chester L. and Edith (Bollinger) Landis. he was married to Dorothy Besecker for 3 years.He was a retired educator in Business Science from 1950 to 1977 for St. Bernard High School, Cincinnati, Ohio and former Associate Pastor for Pleasant View Bible Church, Warsaw, Indiana. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 11:00 am. Calling hours will be 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Monday, February 16, 2009. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
