Roger D. Hyden

Roger D. Hyden, 74, of Warsaw, died Tuesday July 12, 2022.

Roger was born in Paintsville KY on July 31, 1947, the son of (the late) Eugene and Katherine (Young) Hyden. He married Mazie M. (Shepherd) Hyden on February 4, 1967; she preceded him in death on July 7, 2007 after 40 years of marriage.

Roger retired from Myer Levin & Sons after 40 years with the company. He enjoyed the time he spent with family & friends and was devoted to his grandchildren. He was an avid golfer and member at Stonehenge Golf Club in Winona Lake and Rozella Ford Golf Club in Warsaw.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Roger was also preceded in death by his daughter, Donette Hyden; brother, Glen Hyden and sisters, Tina Hyden & Sharon Tucker. He is survived by his daughter, Renee (Juan) Fuentes of Warsaw; son, Frank “Buddy” (Robyn) Hyden of Monticello; grandchildren, Taylor (Sunshine) Fuentes and Morgen Fuentes, both of Warsaw; sisters, Patty Ann (Danny) Clifton of Lagro, Christine (Johnnie) Spears of Wabash and Charlotte Smith of Warsaw; brothers, Larry (Suzanne) Hyden of Mentone, Anthony Hyden of Warsaw, William (Lydia) Hyden of South Whitley and his companion, Patricia Jacobs of Warsaw.

Funeral Services 10:00 Saturday July 16, 2022 at McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Ct. Visitation Friday from 4-8pm in the funeral home. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
